Privacy policy
Teemway Group Limited collects the minimum personal data needed to respond to a business enquiry. This site is a static website: it sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and stores no form submissions on our servers.

1. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us:
- Enquiry data — your name, company, work email, telephone number, delivery country and the content of your message, when you use a form on this site or email us directly.
- Server logs — our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and availability purposes.
We do not collect special-category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
2. How forms on this site work
This is a static website with no server-side form handler. When you submit the request-for-quotation or distributor form, your browser composes an email in your own mail client addressed to tinson@teemway.net. Nothing is transmitted to or stored by this website. You remain in control of the message until you press send in your own email application.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and to prepare quotations — processing necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To perform a contract where you become a customer, distributor or supplier.
- Legitimate interests — maintaining business records, preventing fraud and securing our infrastructure.
- Legal obligation — retaining commercial and customs records where law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the font files; no cookie is set by that request.
5. Who we share it with
Enquiry data may be routed internally to the Teemway Group entity best placed to respond — Anton International Inc. (USA), Teemway Europe S.L. (Spain), Shenzhen Tianlefu Industrial Co., Ltd. (China), our Shantou facility, or Teemway Philippines Inc. Because the group operates on three continents, this can involve transferring your data outside your own jurisdiction. Transfers are made on the basis of your enquiry and are limited to what is necessary to answer it. We also use ordinary business service providers such as email hosting and website hosting.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact unless it becomes part of a commercial relationship, in which case contract and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable commercial, tax and customs law. Server logs are retained for a short technical period by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined. Hong Kong residents have rights of access and correction under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
To exercise any right, email tinson@teemway.net with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Internally, enquiry correspondence is held in access-controlled business email systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and will revise the "last updated" date above.
