Where documented authorization exists, we state its exact scope: our wholly-owned Shenzhen Tianlefu subsidiary holds a documented export authorization from Nestlé for custom drinkware. Our cooperation with BYD was a memorandum of understanding effective October 2023 for a 12-month term, which expired in October 2024 and is not currently active.
