No licence to use these marks is granted by access to this site. See IP & trademarks for the full register.

4. Third-party trademarks and relationship claims

All third-party company, brand and product names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We display no third-party logos.

Where we describe work performed for or with another company, we state the legal nature of that relationship. In particular:

• The Nestlé reference describes a documented export authorization for custom plastic drinkware for export held by Shenzhen Tianlefu Industrial Co., Ltd. It is not an endorsement, sponsorship or approval by Nestlé S.A.
• The BYD reference describes a memorandum of understanding effective October 2023 for a 12-month term, which expired in October 2024. It is not currently active. Teemway Group is not an authorized BYD distributor, holds no exclusivity, and holds no authorization to use the BYD name or logo.
• The Merydeis reference describes Teemway Group's role as manufacturing partner to the prime contractor for a 2020 Spanish Ministry of Justice procurement, with cooperation documented from 2012.

Reference to any brand or retailer describes manufacturing or supply work performed and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a current commercial relationship unless expressly stated on the relevant page.

5. Intellectual property in site content

Text, images, layout, code and design on this site are the property of Teemway Group Limited unless otherwise indicated. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating Teemway Group as a supplier. Systematic reproduction, republication or commercial use requires written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teemway Group Limited excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Contractual relationships are governed by the terms of the relevant purchase agreement, which may specify a different governing law and forum depending on the contracting entity.
