Primary manufacturing facility
The group's principal factory has run since 1999 and is vertically integrated across five stages:
- Injection molding — plastic drinkware, toys, kitchenware
- Printing & decoration — pad printing, screen printing, heat transfer, digital
- Assembly — multi-component assembly with QC gates at each station
- Packaging — retail-ready design, printing and pack-out at source
- Warehousing & shipping — pallet-load and container-load export handling

Color-changing drinkware
Thermochromic ink formulations applied to tumblers and cups that shift color with beverage temperature — the group's most-requested innovation category.
UV-activated printing
Photochromic decoration that reveals artwork under sunlight, used for outdoor brand activations and seasonal retail programmes.
LED-integrated products
Illuminated drinkware and merchandise using safety-compliant lithium button cells, with FCC and RoHS documentation.
Antimicrobial silicone lines
Silicone product lines for health-conscious brand programmes and food-service adjacent merchandise.
Recycled & bio-based materials
rPET, bamboo fiber and RCS-certified recycled material lines for retailers and brands with ESG mandates.
In-house tooling
Custom injection tooling designed and cut for customer-specific SKUs, with tooling ownership terms agreed up front.

Inspection protocol
- Incoming materials — material certificates of analysis checked against specification before release to production
- First article — gold-seal sample compared against approved artwork, Pantone references and dimensional drawings
- In-line QC gates — station-level checks during molding, decoration and assembly
- 50% milestone inspection — third-party or in-house AQL inspection during the run
- 100% pre-shipment inspection — final AQL inspection before container loading
- Documentation pack — test reports, COO, MSDS and packing list issued with every shipment

Testing is coordinated with SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas and TÜV — or with the buyer's nominated third-party laboratory where a retailer mandates one.
